Beta Star began in 1982, servicing and repairing the sterilizers and washer systems of other manufacturers from our headquarters in Honey Brook, PA. Over the years we learned a lot about sterilization technology. When we began to design and manufacture our own equipment, we knew exactly which features would be most valuable to our customers and engineered them into all of our products.

Today Beta Star manufactures, remanufactures and services technologically advanced sterilizers and washers for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, animal care and life science markets.

Our staff of experienced professionals have 150 years of collective sterilization experience and have all held key positions with major sterilizer companies.

Our engineering services include custom design, sterilization cycle development, validation services and technical support for all types of sterilizers and washers. We have expertise in all sterilization processes including saturated steam, BL3 effluent, water cascade and steam/air mixture.

In addition, we've upgraded our factory for GMP manufacturing capabilities, including TIG and MIG welding, sanitary orbital welding, boroscope inspection, machining, and equipment testing.

Our Service Division provides on-site service and support including installation, preventive maintenance contracts, emergency calls and technical assistance. Equipment upgrades and modifications are offered as well.
