When selecting or purchasing sterilization equipment, it is extremely important to match the process to the products being sterilized in order to protect the integrity of the product and prevent product loss.
Our Process Engineers can recommend and provide sterilization processes and models ranging from saturated steam, air over-pressure for liquids, BL3 effluent, water cascade (circulating water under pressure), and steam/air mixtures. Sterilization cycles for animal containers are available for use in vivarium applications.
We also offer offer a high degree of process flexibility to meet each customer's specific application. This flexibility has been incorporated into our control systems, thus allowing addtional processes to be easily added in the future and fully validated in minimal time.
