At Beta Star, we excel at bulk sterilizers for the life sciences industry. We know that the three most important concerns to our customers are maintaining product integrity, programming flexibility, and sterilizer dependability.
We offer sterilization cycles specifically designed for the decontamination of micro-isolator cages, liquids in vented containers, porous loads, bedding, and solids.All Beta Star life science sterilizers are provided with our exclusive Vac-U-Con combination high vacuum and condensor system which provides deeper vacuum depths in faster times. This ensures more efficient air removal from porous loads such as animal bedding, creating more efficient steam sterilization of the product load while at the same time providing a dryer product at the end of the sterilization cycle.
We also incorporate a high level of programming flexibility into our sterilizer so our customers can tailor their cycles to the products being sterilized, including micro-isolator cages, liquids, solids and waste.
And because the typical bulk/vivarium sterilizer must sterilize thousands of micro-isolator racks every week, we make sure our units operate dependably week after week without costly or time-consuming maintenance.

- #4 polished, 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel fascia panels for recessed installation or free-standing cabinet
- Industrial grade pneumatic valves provide high reliability and low maintenance costs. Requires 80-100 air pressure.
- Integral quench system to reduce system discharge to < 60 oC
- Guaranteed chamber temperature control of +/- 1.0 oC
