Beta Star can provide steam generators for sterilizers and washers. Our engineers will recommend a steam generator based on your application and the size of the sterilizer or washer you are using.Beta Star's product line includes electric and steam-to-steam gnerators for the generation of either plant steam or clean steam. Optional features include feed water pumps, 24/7 automatic blow down systems, and blow down tank systems.
Our steam-to-steam clean steam generators incorporate a sanitary design utilizing triclamp connections and orbital welded piping. They are ideal for tissue culture or cGMP pharmaceutical applications.
Electric steam generators 36 kW or smaller are provided integral to the sterilizer. Larger generators come as stand-alone units.
All designs meet Section 1, Code M of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code.
