Disinfector 3000 Laboratory  Washer Disinfector

Beta Star Corporation’s Disinfector 3000 represents next generation washer disinfector capable of providing automated washing, disinfection, and drying processes for laboratory glassware.

It’s compact exterior design requires minimal laboratory space yet provides a large 10 Ft3 wash chamber capable of providing high through-put capability.

The model Disinfector 3000 is provided with an automatic vertical sliding (down-to-open) door while the more economical model Disinfector 3100 is provided with a hinged drop-down door. Models are provided in either single or double door pass-through configurations

A User-configurable load cart system allows mixed loads of small glassware, large glassware, and baskets allowing simultaneous spindle injection & basket parts washing flexibility needed to make your laboratory more efficient.

Features such as “Smart Start” and “high volume, low pressure” water circulation provide superior operational efficiency and cleaning capabilities.

  • Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200 programmable logic controller
  • PanelView 300 Micro operator interface display.
  • Ten (10) configurable wash cycles with pre-wash, pre-rinse, detergent wash,acid wash, post-rinse in the range of 10 oC to 85 oC. Final DI water rinse programmable to 93 oC. Cycles can be configured phase by phase to provide user maximum flexibility
