control system on all of their
steam sterilizing autoclaves.

The new Beta Star LS touch screen control provides operators with simple steps to selecting, operating and monitoring sterilization cycles using a color, touch sensitive, screen.

Thirty (30) individual cycle recipes can be custom programmed for specific products using the supervisor access. Custom cycle parameter programming is supported from our robust PLC (Programmable Logic Control) system.

Choose advanced functions for critical sterilization processes.

Security
Protect sterilizer operation and cycle values from being changed by unauthorized personnel with password security. Five (5) levels of user password security is provided.

Safety
The Beta Star LS control is programmed for superior processing and safety. Sterilizer pressure and temperature monitoring are combined to keep users safe and effluent temperature and volume below utility limits.

Cycle Monitoring
Operators can monitor in-cycle operation through the HMI (human/operator interface screen) which shows the sterilizers status, time of day, cycle times, temperatures, pressure, and any abnormal process conditions. The HMI also contains screens with maintenance diagnostics and the ability to view the status of the systems inputs and outputs.

The Beta Star LS control system monitors, controls and documents all critical process parameters during the sterilization phases. Process signals convert into electrical impulses providing accurate control readouts throughout cycle.

Printer & Outputs
Included is an impact printer with automatic paper take up mechanism that is easily accessible from the front of the sterilizer. The printout header contains pertinent cycle details for record keeping. A summary at the end of the cycle contains an accumulation of all necessary cycle phases. A front USB port is provided to upload and download the PLC and The HMI programs.
