R-V Industries Acquires MBC Aerosol

R-V Industries, a leading U.S. industrial equipment manufacturer announced the acquisition of MBC Aerosol, located in Elgin, IL. MBC is the preeminent source for aerosol processing and packaging equipment and services.

MBC founders James McBride and Peter Burt will remain with the company, as will the 30 MBC employees, and continue to operate out of the Elgin, IL facility.

“Over the past 14 years we developed a complete line of high-quality aerosol and bag on valve machinery based on our customers’ needs and input,” said Jim McBride, co-founder of MBC. “We are grateful our sales expanded beyond our dreams and look forward to utilizing R-V’s resources to take MBC and our employees to the next level both domestically and internationally. An Introduction to MBC

The MBC acquisition continues R-V’s history of strategic growth through acquisition, following its recent acquisitions of Genesis Packaging Technologies, AccuDraft, and Beta Star Life Science Equipment.
