This is a company-paid benefit offered to all full-time employees. Rewards are directly related to the amount of money saved in an employee’s 401(k). FLEXIBLE (FSA) and HEALTH SAVINGS (HSA) ACCOUNTS
Each of our medical plans offer a corresponding tax-advantaged savings account. Money goes in pre-tax and is not taxed when it’s withdrawn to pay for qualified medical, dental, vision, and prescription expenses. The HSA has the additional advantage of earning interest tax-free, and that interest remains tax-free upon withdrawal for qualified medical, dental, vision, and prescription expenses.
