Our fleet of weld equipment boasts the latest equipment and technology from Miller, Lincoln, and Tip Tig. We pride ourselves on investing in welding process technology advancements that put us on the leading edge of custom welding. Our range of welding capabilities includes manual, semi-automatic and fully automated welding processes.

   • Liburdi Dimentrics Centaur II Orbital Tube Welder

Materials

We maintain over 450+ qualified welding procedures in a broad range of materials of construction. With our rich history of projects, experienced craftsmen and with the support of our Welding Engineering team, we understand the challenges of each material and will supply you with the highest quality welding possible to make certain your materials perform in service. Our 25,000 square foot alloy-only facility prevents cross-contamination when welding critical materials including welding high nickel alloy steels. Those materials include:

• Nickel Alloys (Inconel 625, Inconel 600, Inconel 825, Inconel 602, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy G-30, Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy B-3, Hastelloy C-22, Monel 400, AL6XN, RA330, Ultimet, 60Ni-40Cr)
• Copper Nickel Alloys (90Cu/10Ni, 70Cu/30Ni)
• Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel (2101, 2205, 2507, Zeron 100X)
• Stainless Steels (253Ma, 304L, 309L, 316L, 317L, 347, Nitronic 50/60, 17-4 PH, 410, 420)
• High Strength Low Alloy (ASTM A514 “T1”, 4130, 4140, Chrome-Moly)
• Mild steel and weldable grades of castings
