PETE KOEGEL
As a technically experienced and degreed weld engineer, Pete serves the needs of R-V’s food & beverage and general fabrication customers. His analytical approach to problems has brought significant improvements to R-V, such as our Lincoln Robotic Welding Cell and K-Tig. That same approach is brought to his work with customers, developing process line solutions and capital equipment value-driven proposals with manufacturability at the forefront.

DAVE UNDERWOOD
Like many of our division leaders, Dave joined R-V Industries when the power division was created as the acquisition of the company formerly known as APTEC was finalized. Dave is a long-standing Fossil Power Industry expert, versed in tangentially and wall fired OEM replacement and upgrades. Dave has guided power plants in emission reduction solutions that improve the environment and improve efficiency.

CHRIS WUERTZ
Chris brings with him decades of experience in the Chemical, Nuclear, and Oil & Gas industries with specific experience supplying ASME vessels, tanks, and reactors to customers in those industries. His bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering brings a unique understanding of engineering best practices to the development of cost-effective solutions for equipment fabrication projects.

MIKE PLESNARSKI
After 16 years of owning and operating an engineering services firm, Mike brought his experience and industrial engineering knowledge to the R-V team. In forming the Engineering Services Market Area for R-V Industries, industrial companies have realized the benefit of working with a fully functioning engineering firm with the manufacturability knowledge gained inside of the R-V Industries manufacturing environment. Mike develops engineering only or full-scale engineering and manufacturing services, including project work and on-site long-term work.

MARK COOPER
Mark has been a stalwart figure in the paper production industry for decades. After joining R-V Industries following the acquisition of LG Industries in 2001, Mark has been the leader of our Paper Division. In this role, he has led our efforts to provide parts and services, such as suction roll overhauls and onsite mill observation for capital project budgeting. In addition, he has led complex capital equipment projects highlighted by the supplication of a $13 million paper machine that was highlighted in PaperAge Magazine for the machine’s effectiveness.
