Company Announcement: New Manufacturing Manager on April 1st
We are excited to announce that Robert Blauser will be joining our team as the new Manufacturing Manager, effective April 1st. With his extensive experience and proven track record in strategic operational and plant management, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our organization.
Robert holds a AAS and BS degree from Penn College of Technology in Welding and Engineering Technology as well as an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania. He spent a few years welding here at R-V in the early 90’s after which he spent 30+ years in a variety of welding, engineering and managerial roles, consistently driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. His expertise in strategic capital investment, servant leadership, and operational excellence will be invaluable as we continue to strive to elevate our competitiveness.
As our new Manufacturing Manager, Robert will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Honey Brook and Morgantown plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained at the highest standards. He will also play a key role in implementing new strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and reduce rework.
For the next three months our current Manufacturing Manager Doug Thompson will be supporting Robert as he onboards and transitions into this new role.
