Multi-Bay Pre-Fabrication and Carbon Manufacturing Area

Our pre-fabrication and fabrication area handles carbon and stainless steel manufacturing process for a variety of industries. On this section of the tour, you will see burners for the power generation industry.

Non-Ferrous Only Fabrication Facility

For mission critical projects, our non-ferrous only fabrication facility does not house carbon fabrication to protect against carbon-stainless cross contamination. On this section of the tour, you will see half-pipe jacketed vessels and heads in production.

Assembly and FAT Testing

Primarily used for clients in the Food & Beverage industry and the Beta Star Life Science Equipment Division, this area features utility connections and a clean environment for assembly, controls testing, and factory acceptance testing. On this section of the tour, you will see multiple steam sterilizer (autoclaves) in production and testing.
